How’s it going?
I hope this reaches you in good spirits on this Wednesday. So this will serve as the first step in the vetting process for the Eradicate Diabetes Plan. If you are serious about doing something about your condition, your circumstances, this all important step is crucial.
I want to create an environment for you to feel comfortable with planning steps to reverse your condition. I offer this solution:
Join my Eradicate Diabetes Group. This is a dedicated site and forum to allow those wondering what a normal life is like to start building upon one. Instead of denying yourself another day of life, connect with others and share your struggles and success. Support and accountability are two major components to defeating this curable disease. We can do it together.
I want you to imagine:
No longer being dependent on medication to treat your diabetic “symptoms”.
Having endless amounts of energy and living life on your terms.
Building on positive eating habits to share with family and friends.
Paying this lifestyle of yours forward to another in need.
This is your new life…it’s waiting for you. Let’s get you started with step 1 today.
I look forward to working with you,
Hey, how’s it going?
So since it’s Friday and you’re ready to get on with your weekend, I thought about a couple of things that have really been bothering me and wondered if you were having some difficulties rationalizing them too.
This past week has been an eye opener for me. I learned that from all my dilegence and research that I was wrong about some things. I realized that in order for me to maintain my professionalism and ethics, I would have to own up to the misinformation and inform my clients about the correct way to do things. I couldn’t be negligent with their needs, their health and lifestyle. After all, it would be my fault if I didn’t….right?
Accountability is something that we are all responsible for. If this simple check and balance is not in place, a great many things can occur. From theft and greed, to the gross management of someone’s life that would lead to their demise or ultimate death. So whose fault is it when you don’t have all the information about your diabetes? Yours? Your Doctor? Pharmaceutial Company?
All of the Above! Now, I know what you are thinking…”Jeremy is on the soapbox, telling me that I don’t have all the information that I need to cope with my diabetes.” I am actually telling you that you have just enough information to cope with your diabetes…not get rid of it!
It’s not your fault that:
You don’t know the right questions to ask
Your doctors continue to treat your symptoms
Your monthly medication costs are rising
You experience mood swings due to medicating
Your constant change in eating habits are making you depressed
Your Diabetes is Not Improving
You get sick and it takes longer to get rid of illness
You’re having trouble sleeping
You find that you are prone to having accidents in your clothes (#2!)
You’re thinking of suicide
You want to end this pain
You think I’m nuts
For the established reasons, the base that medical practices and what would be considered the normal course of action, much of what I am saying to you would seem like a conspiracy theory…when in fact it’s not.
I care about your wellbeing just as I care about my father, my brother and sister, my niece that go through (and have gone through and paid the ultimate price) the pain, the emotional valleys of dealing with sacrificing their lives on the account of “coping” with a curable disease. I don’t want you to die, I want you to live.
Live so you can embrace your life and touch those around you. Share your gift, your talents given to you with the world. Enrich a childs life and share that spark that exists within you to open a door to another realm for someone. Become an educator and understand that life is not defined in maintaining, it is defined in accomplishment and ever seeking higher degrees of capacity within ones self.
You should know by now that I would die for you. My life is pointless if I am not truthful with you and provide you with the tools required to assist you to reverse and eliminate your diabetes. I’ve watched you fight for too long to gain zero ground in defeating this disease. I plan to help you get rid of it…whether your doctor, pharmacist or pharmaceutial provider like it or not. My life is worth risking for you because you mean more to me living than you do to them as a consumer. I Love You and all that you represent. It’s not your fault.
Have a great weekend.
Yours In Success,
Hi there, I wanted you to hear that from me rather than someone else. You should really give it up if you’re not going to be all in for the sake of accomplishing your goals. Makes little sense to just go through the motions, unless of course you want to dig down deep and truly embrace your “Why”. If so, and you want to make your diabetic weight loss a success, then you need to get an accountability partner.
When you’re trying to lose weight alone, it’s easy to make excuses, cheat on your eating strategy and skip workouts. After all, no one will know except you. An accountability partner takes these easy excuses out of the equation by giving you someone to answer to. They’ll check in on you and make sure you’re sticking to your healthy eating plans, working out regularly and achieving your weight loss goals. If you’re not, they’ll hold you accountable and help you get back on track.
So if you know that you’re prone to making excuses or not following through on your goals, get a close friend or family member to be your weight loss accountability partner. Ask them to check in on your progress each day and you’ll find that your excuses, missed workouts and poor dietary choices will quickly decline.
Alternatively, if you can afford it, invest in a fitness coach or trainer and use them as your accountability partner. They’ll provide you with the same accountability as a friend or family member but also give you professional weight loss advice which will enhance your progress.

Fitness Professional Vows To Help 1000 People Eradicate Type 2 Diabetes
Jacksonville, Florida Jeremy LaRochester, fitness professional and NESTA member has taken a bold move seldom seen in the fitness industry by challenging the pharmaceutical therapies utilized for diabetics. "No person suffering from diabetes has ever been cured of diabetes through pharmaceutical medications - ever." Jeremy LaRochester continued, "It's never happened in the history of medicine. However it has been cured through natural means and proper supplementation" Conventional medicine continues to insist that diabetes is incurable. The approach of the medical community is that of extremely toxic chemical medications and processed dead foods. Of this, Mr. LaRochester says this system, "simply doesn't work." Jeremy further states that big pharma and conventional medicine remain silent on the natural healing processes because it certainly does not enhance the greater agenda which is the bottom line. Utilizing what Jeremy calls a 90/10 rule of nourishment 90% live plant based proteins and 10% meats allows the body to heal itself to a great extent with additional supplementation. Jeremy adopted a vegan eating strategy at the age of 10. His father died when Jeremy was 9 from a heart attack due to complications from diabetes. Jeremy's older brother also suffered a fatal heart attack at just 34 years old - also related to diabetic complications. "It's at home with me. I've experienced up close and understand the devastating effects it can have on a family and children. I have two small children and I teach them the value of not just good fitness habits, but outstanding eating choices which translates into excellent eating habits as they get older. My goal of 1000 people to help eradicate their diabetes is small. I'm attempting to give someone their life back so they have years to share and do whatever with family and friends, or just themselves." "It's very unfortunate and sad that diabetics in some form feel like the medications being taken are maintaining them. They're actually causing further complications - such as severe liver disease. This is one of many untold truths that diabetes medications are well known for liver and kidney disease." I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! Today I’m bringing you part two of two on Macrobiotics.
Some studies reveal that following a Macrobiotic eating strategy has helped many people lower their levels of blood pressure and serum lipids. This is why some experts suggest that this kind of eating strategy can also be used as an effective means of preventing the emergence of many cardiovascular diseases.
Many experts also believe that a macrobiotic eating strategy can also serve as a valuable inclusion in a cancer prevention plan. However, the macrobiotic eating strategy remains the subject of controversy as many experts doubt its benefits when practiced by people who have diagnosed malignancies.
On the other hand, many anecdotal reports claim that its therapeutic effects are remarkable to patients who are suffering from advanced cancer diseases. But, to date very few research and studies have been conducted that would prove or disprove the benefits of a macrobiotic eating plan. Further studies are warranted in order to prove its effectiveness in cancer prevention. Other concerns expressed by some experts include those factors that affect social limitations and nutritional deficiencies. However it is difficult to dispute the long term health benefits of any eating strategy which is based on the consumption of organic and locally grown foods.
I hope you have found this interesting and have a different opinion about natural healing alternatives. Its not all Dr Quinn medicine woman, sometimes the key to enlightenment to reverse aging and the more aggressive diseases that we encounter is right in our own backyard, oceans or farmers market!
Have an awesome weekend!
Thanks for reading.
How’s it going?
I wanted to give you a basic concept known as the ABCs of Diabetes.
A1C, Blood pressure, and Cholesterol. This can help lower your chances of having a heart attack, stroke, or other diabetes problems.
A for the A1C test (A-one-C).
The A1C is a blood test that measures your average blood sugar level over the past three months. It is different from the blood sugar checks you do each day.
Why is it important?
You need to know your blood sugar levels over time. You don’t want those numbers to get too high. High levels of blood sugar can harm your heart, blood vessels, kidneys, feet, and eyes.
What is the A1C goal?
The A1C goal for many people with diabetes is below 7. It may be different for you. Ask what your goal should be.
B for Blood pressure. What is it?
Blood pressure is the force of your blood against the wall of your blood vessels.
Why is it important?
If your blood pressure gets too high, it makes your heart work too hard. It can cause a heart attack, stroke, and damage your kidneys and eyes.
What is the blood pressure goal?
The blood pressure goal for most people with diabetes is below 140/90. It may be different for you. Ask what your goal should be.
C for Cholesterol
There are two kinds of cholesterol in your blood: LDL and HDL.
LDL or “bad” cholesterol can build up and clog your blood vessels. It can cause a heart attack or stroke.
HDL or “good” cholesterol helps remove the “bad” cholesterol from your blood vessels.
What are the LDL and HDL goals?
Ask what your cholesterol numbers should be. Your goals may be different from other people. If you are over 40 years of age, you may need to take a statin drug for heart health.
I have included a special infographic provided with thanks to Maggie Danhakl, Assistant Marketing Manager from Healthline.com. You can view it here. This is a really cool infographic! Thank you so much Maggie!
I hope this helps provide more information on ways to prevent diabetes and those with onset as well.
Yours in Success,

Leaky Gut Syndrome – What is it?
What is Leaky Gut?
Your intestines “leak” when the intestinal wall allows partially digested food and other matter to escape into the bloodstream. In some spots, your intestinal wall is only a single cell thick, so it’s not that hard to damage.
When particles escapes the intestines in this way, it’s treated like an invader. White blood cells rush to the rescue, resulting in inflammation.
How well our bodies handle toxins depends on the intestinal barrier. If it’s intact, we can eliminate them without a lot of problem. When it’s busted, watch out. Your brain, liver, kidneys, pancreas and skeletal system are all affected by the immune response when toxins leak out of the gut.
What Causes Leaky Gut?
Digestion involves a complex system with a lot of responsibilities. First it has to take food, break it into its component parts and then deliver the nutrients to your bloodstream.
It is also responsible for protecting your immune system by keeping waste products and toxins out of your bloodstream.
If you’ve been eating a typical American high-sugar, high fat, low-fiber diet, you can be pretty sure your gut is unhealthy.
Antibiotics, prescription medications, and yeast can also contribute to leaky gut.
What Can You Do to Fix a Leaky Gut?
Avoid eating anything that comes in a jar or a can, and eat foods as close to their natural state – and as fresh – as you can find. Get plenty of fiber from beans, seeds, nuts and vegetables. Stop consuming refined sugar.
Coconut products are good as well as fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut, kimchi and kvass.
If you feel up to it, you can fast for 3 days using bone broth for the purpose of repairing the walls and lining of the intestines and stomach.
Upon healing, you should find it much easier to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, and conditions like diabetes will go away.
If you would like more detailed information and programs designed to eradicate diabetes, contact me at

I hope this helps some that are dealing with this condition and gives you a meaningful way to correct it.
Thank you for reading,
Happy Monday! (Well, at least in theory!)
I have some really good information for you below:
In accordance to the American Diabetic Association, older people need to have among 25 and 35 grams of fiber a day. Equally, the American Heart Association recommends in between 25 and thirty grams a day. An straightforward eating strategy to hit this figure may possibly include a bowl of bran and a banana at breakfast, two slices of total wheat bread and strawberries at lunch and then some cooked peas at dinner. That would place your daily fiber consumption proper at 24 grams for the day. Uncomplicated and scrumptious! This post may provide you with a wonderful plan on what a substantial fiber eating strategy is as effectively as a bunch of overall healthy reasons.
The most significant thing to remember about a high soluble fiber eating strategy is that it is highly uncomplicated to alter your present-day consuming behavior to include extra fiber if you need to. Fiber rich eating habits can be attained as very easily as including some fruits and grains to your every day regime.
Health is a key worry in the world these days. Consciousness about the advantages of trying to keep a healthy and balanced physique and brain has spread all over. People are attempting to eat and assume healthy eating strategies to retain a sound existence. In the abundance of pizzas and hamburgers, adult men and ladies are truly making an attempt to get significantly less addicted to these high weight meals and as an alternative take on a smarter option which incorporates fresh new and ideally raw veggies and fruits. Higher fiber meals can help in body weight loss and also prevent other overall health challenges like as constipation, diabetes, heart illnesses and so on. Fiber meals are primarily generated from green plants.
Wondering why this is important and what kind of difference it can make in your digestion and overall health? The reality is that fiber is not broken down into elements by our hormones like other meals are. Fiber after eaten passes straight by the intestines and is absorbed into the entire body. This effortless process give the body the vital nutrients and with the transport aid of water, renders your organs clear and thus aids in the good functioning of the body to include blood flow and strengthens the immune system. A substantial fiber strategy is regarded to be quite efficient not only for weight loss but also in attaining a clear balanced system. This form of eating really should be carried out slowly and gradually in your day by day meals to give your body and system the time to adjust to it. Think of fiber and the body, imagine fiber as a bottle brush cleaner that cleans your interior entire body and as a result decreases dangers of ailments like cholesterol and diabetes which are the main difficulties now. Some fiber eating strategies have also proved to have minimized the percentage of danger a man or woman has of acquiring cancer, not all cancers but some certain ones.
I would challenge you to take a look at some options to add healthy variety to your daily eating strategies to include fiber and always make sure to consume plenty of water. H2O is key!
Thanks For Reading and Have a Wonderful Day!
