You know, it is very easy to post articles and nutrition plans, exercises and mental fitness drills to better you in your daily lives. I thought to myself – “self, why don’t you hand the content postings to your audience?” You read that correctly…I am giving you the ability to dictate what posts you see at LaRochester Impact Fitness Blog.
