Best Diets To Prevent or Eliminate Belly Fat

Good Evening WP Family! I hope everyone had a great day. I know my day started slow but ended up excellent! I wanted to give you some information regarding diet and foods that can prevent or help to eliminate belly fat. These are tried and true methods for most and of course you will have a few that have the pleasure and joy of outstanding genetics!

The best diets for belly fat are those which include lots of low fat or no fat, dairy products. Research has shown that appropriate consumption of dairy products, helps in burning the unwanted body fat, besides strengthening the bones.

Best diet plans for belly fat are those which recommend an egg a day for breakfast. Eggs are a rich source of vitamin B12, which is very useful for breaking down the fat cells, and hence can reduce the overall body fat, including fat on the belly.

Best diets for belly fat recommend intake of olive oil, which is rich in monosaturated fats and thus, help in burning body fats while bringing down cholesterol at the same time.

Although many fat loss diets recommend no or less carbohydrates, the truth is that carbohydrates are very essential for the health of the body. However, in order to lose fats from the body, care should be taken, not to eat carbohydrates such as white bread, pasta, cakes and other processed foods as they can cause indigestion, bloating and fat accumulation in the body. Instead, one should eat slow release carbohydrates such as those found in fruits and vegetables.

Lean meats and sea foods such as tuna and salmon, are rich in proteins and help in boosting the immune system. Fish, which is a very rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, contains healthy fats and hence, should definitely be included in the diet plans for fat loss.

Best diets for belly fat are those that recommend making certain lifestyle changes, such as eating small portions of food and avoiding over eating. Eating five small meals a day instead of three large meals is another change that should be incorporated, as it helps in keeping the stomach full for a very long time, thereby reducing calorie intake, resulting in fat loss. Avoiding junk food and alcohol is highly recommended too, as both cause tremendous weight gain.

I will be posting early tomorrow but I will have more information for meals during the day if you are trying to maintain or lose weight. Til then, have a great and safe night!

  1. Great entry! The only dumb question is the question not asked. So, as for the egg, how should I have it; poached, scrambled, hard-boiled…? Which would be most beneficial?

    • Hi Tish! You can actually scramble the egg if you chose. As more studies on eggs and the nutritional value, it has been determined that the yolk is more nutrient rich than the egg white. So that being said, the most beneficial way would be hard boiled…you can separate the yolk from the white. Great question!
